Ever wondered how you can help a friend, neighbour or family member who you think might be experiencing family violence?

In April 2014 Safe Hutt Valley partner Upper Hutt City Council launched a digital resource that sets out a few simple skills that we can all use to help anyone affected by violence. Based on the It’s Not OK campaign and resources, the digital resource is easy for community leaders and others to share amongst communities, workplaces and sports clubs to raise awareness of family violence. You can access the How Can You Help resource on the Upper Hutt City Council website or on disk.
